Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Each order is handmade with care. Please allow 1–2 business days for production before shipping. Rush Orders can be picked up upon request within 1-2 Hours.
  • Delivery Time: 
    • Dunedin Delivery Orders: 1 Working Day / Next Day Delivery
    • Dunedin Pick-Up Order: 1-2 Hours
    • Other New Zealand Regions/City Orders: 1-3 Working Days
  • Delays: Deliveries may be affected by unforeseen events or courier services delays that are beyond our control. 

Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Custom Products: Because each magnet is custom-made with your photo, we cannot accept returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Damaged Items: Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the order.
  • Replacements: If confirmed, we’ll happily send a replacement magnet at no extra charge.

Privacy Policy

  • Photo Use: Your uploaded photos are used only for creating your order.
  • No Storage: We do not keep or reuse photos after printing unless you give us written consent.
  • Personal Data: Information like your name, address, and email is used only for order processing and delivery.
  • No Sharing: We never sell or share your data with third parties.

Terms & Conditions

  • Custom Orders: Orders are printed exactly as the photos are uploaded. Please check your files carefully before submitting.
  • Colors & Quality: Final print colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to differences in print technology.
  • Event Services: For live printing booths, please see our dedicated Event Giveaway Policy.
  • Liability: FridgeIT Moments is not responsible for indirect loss or damage once an order has been delivered in good condition.

Event Giveaway Policy

For event organizers, our Snap & Print Giveaway Policy applies:

  • Maximum event time: 3–4 hours, or until allocated prints are consumed.
  • Photos are snap & print only – no edits or retouching.
  • First-come, first-served distribution; duplicates may occur.
  • Setup requirements: space, power, and time allowance must be provided.
  • FridgeIT Moments may conclude service early if allocations are met, time is up, or technical/safety issues arise.
