How FridgeIT Moments Came to Life

How FridgeIT Moments Came to Life

I’ve always believed that the fridge is the heart of the home. It’s where we go every morning, every evening, and several times in between. It holds the milk for coffee, the snacks for the day, and the leftovers from last night’s dinner. But for me, it’s always been more than just a door—it’s a little gallery of life.

We’ve always loved traveling with our wee dog, and from every trip, we’d bring home a fridge magnet — the traditional kind with the city’s name on it. Georgia, Uzbekistan, and so many other places now line our fridge, each one a little reminder of where we’ve been. But one day, I thought — what if, instead of just the name of a place, it was an actual photo of our moment there? Something more personal than the usual curved souvenir magnets. That’s where the idea for FridgeIT Moments began.

Later, while scrolling through my phone one evening, I noticed something that made me stop. Thousands of photos. Thousands of memories. Yet, I rarely looked at them. They were just sitting there, hidden away on a screen — photos from our road trips, beach walks, cozy nights in, all those moments that made life feel full.

So, I decided to print a few and stick them on the fridge. It was simple, but it changed everything. Every time I opened the fridge, those memories greeted me. I’d smile. We’d pause and reminisce. A quick trip to grab butter became a moment to relive the adventures that truly mattered. The fridge suddenly felt warmer, more alive—it wasn’t just about food anymore, it was about us.

That’s how FridgeIT Moments truly came to life.

I started making photo magnets—small keepsakes that turn a fridge into a storybook. Each one is carefully made, whether it’s with flexible magnet material, acrylic, or even metal, sealed with protective mylar so the memories stay bright and clear. But beyond the materials, what really matters is the story each photo carries.

For me, this isn’t just about creating magnets. It’s about creating reminders of love, laughter, and life itself. Every order I make, I know there’s someone on the other end waiting to hold a piece of their story. That’s what keeps me inspired.

When I look at my fridge now, I don’t just see food and notes. I see our journey. I see moments that make me proud, moments that make me laugh, moments that make me grateful. And I want to share that feeling with you.

So, if you’ve got memories sitting quietly in your phone, let’s bring them out. Let’s give them a place where they can shine—on your fridge, where you can see them every single day. Because your fridge deserves more than groceries. It deserves your story.
